Let’s Connect!

I offer remote psychotherapy services within Washington State. I work with young people, and parents, from all walks of life and ways of being.

I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation to help us to determine if we are a good fit.

Fees

$150 for a 50 minute session

I am a private pay therapist, and can offer a super bill for you to supply to insurance.

I offer sliding fee scale spots for those in need. Please inquire.

There is a place in you that has never been wounded ... where there’s a seamlessness in you, and where there is a confidence and tranquility in you.

Policies

Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to make your appointment, please reschedule or cancel it at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment time, you will be charged the full session rate.

Treatment Setting:

I provide psychotherapy and coaching. I am unable to provide emergency responses or immediate crisis services. I do not make court appearances or offer services for legal proceedings. I do not write WPATH letters, but will consult with a provider of your choice.

Emergencies:

If you or a loved one are experiencing a life-threatening or mental health emergency, call 911, 988 (National Suicide & Crisis Hotline), or go to the nearest emergency room.

In-Building Policy:

Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult when receiving care. This means that a parent or caregiver must remain in the building during the entirety of their child’s appointment. Please have a separate room set aside for your child to connect with me remotely through.

Mandated Reporting:

Mental Health Therapists are mandated reporters, which means that I am required by law to report any suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elderly adult, or person with disabilities.

Good Faith Estimate Notice:

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate, which shows the costs of items and services that are reasonably expected for your mental health care needs. I am not raising my rate during 2025. Read about the No Surprises Act here.
